I was browsing the FDA’s website today and came across a short article that has some good grilling resources in it. I am always getting asked about the temps that can be considered “serve safe” and this article has a chart that may be helpful to some.

    Hello, I did some searching for you (I was kind of interested in a substitute as wel), and read a lot of things about oil. But I also read this; Butter is a completely natural food essential to your health - especially when you eat organic. Also, please make the extra effort to obtain high-quality organic, raw butter.
    Not only this is said about butter, but also a whole lot of other things. I can’t provide the link on youtube :( Just search for it on google if you want.
    Thanks for such stuff and that article link. SO, I would get more safe tips for cooking.
