Turducken Roll cooked on the Big Green Egg.

Last weekend I cooked a Turducken roll that was prepared by Chef Michael of the Old Market Gourmet at the Smokn’ Buddies store in Norfolk Nebraska. Everyone that had a sample requested that I place the recipe online so I placed it on my Old Market Gourmet site and the links below will take you there.
